The Soapbox: Rants and Commentary:
Can You Believe This?Composed by James Sharkey, jr (James_Sharkey_jr@nospam.mercer.com)According to the Trenton Times, a lawsuit was filed against Princeton U. was thrown out of court today. The plaintiff had the *balls* to sue Princeton for informing the medical schools to which he was applying that he had lied on his college application. The guy said he was part black, which he didn't know for sure. He claimed to be a Nation Merit Scholar; he wasn't. And the most audacious thing of all, is that he claimed a family of lepers gave half their beggings to send him to school. (His family were Indians that emigrated to Kenya, then the U.S.) So he sued the university on the grounds that they invaded his privacy when they reported him to the medical shcools after finding out he lied on his transcripts. It's good to see foreigners come to America and acclimate to our way of life so quickly, wouldn't you say? :) Just thought this might stir up a little discussion. |
