Interests
Music - I enjoy playing the piano and have studied jazz piano harmony. I also have played theatre organ, the trumpet, baritone horn, and banjo. My electronic keyboard (Casio WK-1500) helps to keep me entertained. I have arranged music for small instrumental ensembles and also several piano/organ duets. I also enjoy singing and am a member of my church choir in Branchville, NJ along with the Sussex County Oratorio Society.
Computers - I started using computers in the early 1980's with my Radio Shack Model III. At my first teaching job I introduced computers and wrote many computer programs in BASIC for both the Model III and Apple II. My current Pentium has my electronic keyboard attached to it through a MIDI connection. I own a Olympus C2000 digital camera. Because of the last two items I am involved in computer graphics and music transcription on the computer. Obviously, I enjoy the Web.
Acting - I have been in various productions in the school in which I work and also in community theater.
